Fitnessworks are delighted to announce the launch of our new, invigorating, personal and corporate Boot Camp sessions here at Shelford Rugby Club. Join our lively training sessions, to make you feel good about your body, health and general well being. We train outdoors on these beautiful crisp mornings - or you may choose to take a session after work, if that’s more convenient for you. Our Boot Camps are well structured workouts, each lasting 45 minutes and they are designed to exercise your whole body!
