Shelford 1st XV vs Richmond The season is starting to take shape and we have positioned ourselves in mid table after 2 good wins and a near miss at Worthing. On Saturday we host Richmond – one of the 2 unbeaten sides in the league and one of the favourites for promotion. We have been working on our structure this week in training and are looking forward to implementing some of these plays and patterns on Saturday. As always, a key objective is to better our performance of last week and continue to improve on all facets of our game. The Shelford line up looks strong for this game and we have made a few positional changes for the Saturday’s match. There is no doubt that this will be a tough encounter, however if we play to our potential, I see no reason why we can’t shock a few people and turn Richmond over on home soil. We look forward to receiving your continued support on Saturday as we endeavour to make it 3 home wins out of 3 at the Davey Field Fortress!! Skips
