It remains important that all subscriptions are paid as soon as possible before the end of September. To this end I would be grateful if you could go to the Youth Section of the website and download the Shelford Membership Form 2010-2011 and the Youth Medical Form and return them to me, with payment, to the address at the bottom of the form. This is a way of avoiding the long queues on the registration morning.   It is important that there is a separate form completed for each player.  Once I have received your forms and payment, the t shirts and membership cards will be issued.
