On Saturday, Shelford 1st XV entertain Hertford at the Davey Field. Our visitors have had a positive start to the season, with victories against Sutton& Epsom (home) and North Walsham (away) and a narrow loss against Barnes (home). Shelford have gone one better and remain unbeaten at this early stage of the season.

Last week saw the Shelford Boys squeeze out a last gasp victory against a strong and youthfully exuberant Bishop's Stortford side. This highlighted the strength of character that we have within the squad. We need to show the same character again this weekend and will need to be on form against Hertford, who will be looking to continue their positive start to this campaign. This should be a very exciting and entertaining fixture.
