Rory & Annaleaza run the youth section, have taken it from strength to strength. Aided by a team of hard working coaches, support staff and parents Shelford Rugby Club now runs youth teams from U7's to Colts with well over 400 players registered. Janet Rosie who was the first team physio for many years now looks after the ever expanding youth section of the club with help from Andrew Powell and Angela George. Janet and Andrew have completed the intensive Sports Trauma and Management course, this is the course recommended by the RFU and the one that has to be completed to work at Commonwealth and Olympic competitions. All three have completed Sports First Aider courses and are fully Chartered Physiotherapists.We are also very lucky to have the help and support of Colin Hitchcock – GP with a special interest in Sports Injuries and Duncan A& E Consultant at Addenbrookes Hospital.
