Shelford Ladies are a sociable club rugby side, who enjoy going out and having fun, as well as playing some rugby of course! We are in the Championship Midlands 2 division. The 2011-12 season is fast approaching, pre-season training begins on Wednesday 15th June, 7pm at Shelford Rugby Club. We also play touch rugby at the club on Monday nights, at 7pm. Any time of year we welcome new players, whether they have never picked up a rugby ball before or have played elsewhere. You don't need to be fit or run fast. If you fancy giving it a go pop down to training (Wednesdays 7pm) from 15th June to watch or join in.
